
Layla’s Hope Elite is a youth basketball program created through Layla’s Hope, an initiative of the Mental Health Transformation Alliance (MHTA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Layla’s Hope Elite was built on a simple but powerful belief — every young person deserves a chance to belong, grow, and succeed.
This program provides more than basketball. It creates a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth and young adults, including those who are street-connected, experiencing instability, or at risk of negative influences, can build confidence, develop life skills, and connect with positive mentors.
